About me

DSCN1461_copy (1)I am a Psychological Therapist based in Edinburgh specialising in work with children, adolescents and their families.  I will adopt a systemic approach when working with you and seek to understand behaviours and difficulties within the context of environmental influences such as home life, school life, friends, social media, etc.  I can work with you to develop a shared understanding of difficulties that your child may be exhibiting such as anxiety, low mood and behavioural issues.  We can then develop a suitable, evidence-led, intervention approach which fits within your own unique family situation.  I promote an early intervention approach whereby individuals are supported as soon as they feel they are developing a mental health issue, rather than waiting until it is impacting negatively on daily life.  Contact me now for an initial discussion.

What I can support you with:

  • Low mood
  • Anxiety
  • OCD
  • Phobias
  • Self-harm
  • Body image problems
